Naturalgas trading range for
the day is 187-204.6. Natural Gas prices dropped on profit booking after prices testing 201.40 after news that a Mississippi gas plant explosion has curtailed over 1 Bcf/d of production.
Prices rallied to hit the highest level in more than a year as hot summer temperatures across most parts of the US raised expectations for power generation demand.
Updated weather forecasting models suggested that temperatures may be hotter than normal throughout most of the contiguous U.S. from July 8 through July 12.
